What to Include With Your Quote Request

Share the information available for your project so we can review your requirements and prepare a meaningful quote. Whether you are developing a new design or qualifying a second source, the following details help us get started:

• Design files: Fabrication drawings, Gerbers or other available circuit files, including the part number and revision.

• Construction: Stack-up, layer count, materials, copper thickness and overall dimensions, where specified.

• Quantities and timing: Prototype quantities, expected production volumes, release quantities and requested delivery dates.

• Finish and assembly: Surface finish, stiffeners, connectors and any assembly requirements. For assembled circuits, include the BOM and assembly drawing if available.

• Application requirements: Intended use, bend or movement requirements, controlled impedance and operating conditions.

• Quality and certification requirements: Any required manufacturing certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949, along with applicable UL recognition, traceability, inspection, testing and documentation requirements.

For cable and wire harness inquiries, include the drawing, wire specifications, connector details, pinout and testing requirements where available.
